Our first official sale – Peppermint Dark Chocolate Macarons!  Our neighbor Miss Danyel ordered these as a Christmas gift for her clients.  We actually made four batches.  The weather was making them finicky, we think, so we had some “tasting batches” for our brothers before our final successful batches.  Our recipient said it was the best thing she’d ever tasted, and she kept an order for herself!
